3. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Grant necessary access to your website and relevant platforms
  • Respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner
  • Not engage in activities that violate search engine guidelines or AI platform terms of service
  • Ensure you have the authority to make decisions regarding your website and online presence

4. No Guaranteed Results

While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, AI SEO Malaysia does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or AI citation placements. Search engine and AI platform algorithms are constantly evolving and beyond our control. We commit to delivering professional, data-driven services that maximise your opportunities for AI visibility.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment terms are as specified in the service agreement
  • All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement
  • Refund policies are specified in individual service agreements

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by AI SEO Malaysia for your business remain your property upon full payment. However:

  • Our proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain our intellectual property
  • We reserve the right to use general knowledge gained during the engagement for other clients
  • We may reference the engagement in our portfolio or case studies with your prior written consent

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, trade secrets, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI SEO Malaysia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will provide all completed work and deliverables
  • Access to our proprietary tools and platforms will be revoked
  • Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
